Pre-Arrival Support

Our team will assist you with all the necessary preparation work before your arrival, ensuring a smooth and stress-free start to your Erasmus+ mobility project. Services include (but are not limited to):

  • Orientation Materials: Provision of pre-arrival guides and orientation materials to familiarise you with the program and destination.

ARRIVAL & IMMERSION

Upon arrival, we ensure that your transition is smooth and that you quickly acclimate to your new environment. Services include:

  • Welcome and Orientation: A warm welcome and an orientation session to introduce you to the city, programme staff, and fellow participants.

  • Accommodation Assistance: Support with moving into your accommodation and settling in.

  • Local Transfers: Arrangements for transfers from the airport to your accommodation.

  • On-Site Support: Continuous on-site support for any needs or issues that may arise during your stay.

  • Cultural Integration Activities: Organised cultural activities and excursions to help you immerse yourself in the local culture and make the most of your stay.
